Not much at the moment, it is merely accusations until the evidence presented. It's more the fact Ciachurski has had his name attached to the filings for both Captiva Verde and now for Greenbriar. Typically a corporation would not be in situation like this because there are a large number of shareholders. Greenbriar is a different animal because of the fact there are not that many ...more

There has been numerous occasions where bad news is announced and the shareprice rises.  Pretty much the opposite of most stocks that go down on good news. Traders should keep that in mind.
