Just a question

If any of these court battles demonstrate that the directors of GRB haven't done their fiduciary duty, could the agreement with Strasser be voided? Just curious, as I am not a lawyer.

I actual thought the price would drop back to 0.40 on that court result.  Yet GRB continues to rebound.  Interesting someone is buying.

Keep in mind they are going to need to raise cash. I would suspect they have been and will continue pushing the shareprice. It's the one aspect of having very few shareholders.

How many shares could you sell without cratering the share price? Probably the best way to get out is have standing sell orders in at prices you are comfortable with, then when these "unexplained' jumps occur, you get out automatically. But maybe "insiders" know that something is coming? Although having news leak out is just one more reason to not hold such a stock. JMO But as ...more
