Looks like Grb taking a pass on them.  Jeff's smart so I'm sure he has a backup plan.

Was it due to the fact Stuart Nacht was able to have Jeff added to his counter claim calling out the exorbitant fees being paid for the water rights? Certainly not your fault that management agreed to pay those costs per AF. Or is it that having all those water rights (and no money currently to fund them) is irrelevant to the water assessment and ultimately the potentially revised EIR? More ifs ...more

I truly hv no idea. All I know is dec 31 it expires and company has not reached out in any manner.   there's still time ...
