Update

Jeff didn't buy water rights as of yet.  He better have a backup or sage ranch toast. Dec 31 deadline  

the deal to reverse the transaction buying Miami Padel also hasn't closed.  Deadline dec 31. 

Let's hope he closes the deals.  Otherwise I have no idea  how these companies will survive.

And the ramifications of these deals not closing is what? If there are no ramifications then why would he close them?

From what I have witnessed over the decades, only the shadiest of deals get done over the Christmas break. So really, only a week to go. JMHO
