Maybe somebody should actually post the video of the speech, then we can see and hear his discussions about Greenbriar/Sage Ranch, in particular. The discussion about how much more significant and truly innovative the "manufactured homes" are, along with the California mandated environmental policies. I wonder if he'll touch on water sustainability in the Tehachapi Basin?

I imagine he flew business class as well. Hopefully GRB shareholders didn't pay for that, especially considering the company has no money for such lavish trips.

Must hv been a successful trip.   Zero buying of stock.  Just like months ago when he said to my face these exact words " stock will be 2 dollars in 2 weeks ".  That was months and months ago.  He's as useful as a 2 dollar bill.

I highly doubt he was there for anything related to Greenbriar. He is involved in other companies, with most being in the sustainable innovation fields. There may be high income networking going on but it is based on a non profit organization for the better of all not just for investing opportunities. Zero commentary from anybody four days after the conference. Only reason it was brought up was ...more
