The BC, Alberta and OSC regulators seldom do anything, even when rules are blatantly broken and/or ignored. So most likely little will come from their declarations. But still, why would any company push the limits, as in the end, only facts matter? And do it long enough, credibility evaporates. And you just never know when the regulators might decide to make an example of someone, just to make it ...more

I have a sense the regulators are already on this one, as they have made the company revise their 2023 Annual, Q1 and Q2 reports. A lot of this type of corrective actions with the regulators happens without the general public, investors and shareholders ever knowing the company is being looked into and/or corrrective actions have been taken. I don't always agree with that.
