Court Ordered Stay
According to the attached Tehachapi News article, the court ordered stay ends tomorrow and a filing has to be submitted to the courts within a week.
Even though the City has been eligibile to move ahead with revising the EIR it's very interesting to note that they "have not", to date.
Same goes with the company moving ahead with construction.
And yet they "have not".

Will be interesting to see if the court documents are submitted tomorrow or if they wait till the last minute and submit on Monday.
