There has to be some sort of process by which a local bank can seize and auction a firm's assets because of non-payment so the information is not new. It seems to me that Mr. Guan has known about this issue for quite sometime but appears to have kept the information from the Canadian directors. At least we now know who to blame.

I wouldn't stop blaming Canadian side as this story has been on for quite some time, the plant in the pictures is EMPTY... It measns there has not been any activity there for quite long time... How come they have not been able to notice? It is very hard to beleive....  Does anyone know or worked with Small Investor Protection Associasion of Canada? I am just trying to figure out who to ...more

I think we may need to wait it out and see what unfolds. If there were any big investment firms or banks involved, those institutions will most likely launch a class action lawsuit on behalf of their clients who they bought GRE shares for. But they have to have a solid case where they can prove that GRE Directors should have known and were negligent in not disclosing certain information to the ...more

Also agha anyone should be able to tell that this isn't a $40 m factory . here is a different company that is smaller than GRE according to their reported number shttps://www.chinesetomato.com/workshop.html look how modern this facility looks . and its smaller than GRE . they say they do 24000 tons a year. GRE says they do around 20000 tons for tomatoes and 35000 other canned or fresh food in ...more
