Beichen denies it is a subsidiary of the GRE

The deupty manager of Beichen said he knew nothing about the auctions of th GRE.

When asked if Beichen is a subsidiary of the GRE, he said no. Now, that is a very serious matter and definitely warrants an investigation.

I think we should ask Ontario Securities Commission for help. Here is the OSC "Complaints" section. https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Investors_questions-complaints_index.htm

The first acution actually happened on June 30, 2014. They failed to find a bidder, then tried the auction again on August 5, 2014 and failed again. The next attempt would be most likely the last week of September.

I am impressed someone else did their DD besides me . I've known about this made up acquisition for a long time . The Canadian market is the wild wild west especially the venture . hopefully the OSC cares to investigate but its hard to know .

He hangs up on you because he feels you guys are wasting his time . imagine bow annoying it would be to get a call about this for him when he is trying to run his business . I believe Beichen is a real business . There is more physical evidence its real and it did offer to quote me product. However one can never be 100% sure

I called, line went through but no one answers. If Beichen is a real business, it's good, but it'll be even better if GRE did actually acquired Beichen....  I still hope to hear something positive.... just hope though.

whether it's GRE or Alibaba, it's all the same. VIE structure and Chinese law provide no assurance to western investors. if the CEO wakes up one day and decides to screw all the investors he may do so with impunity, of course this is notwithstanding the fact that many Chinese companies like GRE never had a real business to begin with. remember these faces: https://postimg.org/image ...more

GRE was originally set up using a VIE but it was converted to 100% equity ownership in 2011.  So the Canadian parent company does own all of the assets and has substanital rights that could be enforce dunder Chinese law.  However, if all of the money has been stolen or if it never existed then shareholders could still be left with nothing. ------------------------------------------------ ...more
