The end is neigh - Canadian Directors & Management Resign

It looks like the Canadian team has abandoned any hope of dealing with the Chinese owner/manager/director (see latest news release). Any idea what recourse is left for Canadian investors?

By now, it is very likely that the value of the company is zero if not negative. Why? By the end of April, the filings still showed Mr. Guan had more than 9 million shares. When he doesn't have the motivation to do the auditing, it means he has known all the time the company and its shares do not have any values left.   Right now, investors would have to go after the individuals ...more

very good ideas..... I mean.. how the heck do u not know about all these activities by being a board member or the cfo of the company....????? ban these mutha truckers.. that's the way to do it.

They are either totally incompetent buffoons or totally ignorant buffoons...or totally incompetent, ignorant buffoons. i sit on the board of directors for the local division of an international charity (YMCA).  Every time we examine the financial statements and are told that expenses have been paid, finances reviewed and are in good standing, there is a "lighthearted", collective ...more

everyone here is blaming the board of directors and the chinese.....but don't forget, all of this was started by the canadian auditors, who were probably afraid of a lawsuit when they saw their buddies getting sued over APX the first question one should ask is, why didn't they act sooner? (ie. years before);   ironic, isn't it? in their quest to save their own bacon, they are no ...more

People also need to realize their are inherent problems with the auditing process and we need to danf better standards the 2 issues are as follows . 1) auditors are paid by the company . I think auditors should be paid by a third party and all auditors for a given company are chosen by the third party therefore there is no conflict of interest . 2) auditors need to do more due diligence . right ...more
