Potential Lawsuit?

I believe some of you may have contacted Nicholas already, but if not here's a quick summary: His firm has experience with these types of cases (namely Sino), he's currently digging in and doing some research. In order to officially launch a lawsuit he would need a few people to step forward and act as representatives for the claim (the plaintiffs).......once the ball is rolling, other could join, or opt out. Does anyone have experience doing this? No experience is necessary, but it does involve some work such as reviewing legal documents. Contact Nicholas for more details if you are interested......
