A successful lawsuit

Since it is very likely that the fraudsters of the Greenstar have squandered all the funds of the company, it would be hard to get any money back from the company. The best strategy of the class action lawsuit would be to sue the auditor and the individual executives.
This article on The Globe and Mail saying "Ernst & Young...agreed to pay $117-million to Sino-Forest investors." looks very encouraging.
