I saved the presentation from the website. It appears to me that the slide strongly supports the claims in the Class Action lawsuit.  After the bad news hit, the Directors are claiming that everything was beyond their control and it's all Guan's fault.  But in June the Directors were claiming to be exercising operational supervision and control. Obviously the Directors were

thank you for the great work. appreciate your effort. also, I remember that there is a video on the GRE website where the directors were visiting the plant in china. how can they not know that the place wasn't producing as much as they had claimed. good work man. hope others here can keep this type of info coming.
