5 Million Warrants Exercised

https://www.conferencecalltranscripts.org/summary/?id=163190&pr=true

5 Millions warrants were excercised, with 3.85 of them being excercised at 0.12, and no holding period.

This was a known factor, but someone is unhappy with this and is currently set to dump over 100,000 shares at 0.27 at market open. Bit of an overreaction, but this is definitely bearish short term on the stock price.

They need cash for equipment if they are going to fulfill a large contract without financing it. Unless you plan on selling sub 50c this is just a glitch.

Any thoughts?  Although ...more

The .12 cent warrants were schedualled to expire not until DEC 2022 .  So I take this as a great sign of confidence. Now we are cashed up and ready for bear. Bring on the pepper contract. The rest will follow.

The .12 warrants were fron the Dec 2017 financing.  I am not sure but these could be held by the fund out west? Forget their name but they closed out their investment a few years ago. The options were all held by senior management.   If the warrantholders are flipping, there may be a short term downdraft. Unless management signalled to them that good news is coming.  We have ...more
