John has 400k 

Aaron has 500k 

Samuel has 300k 

All have a .15 exercise price 

And all expire on July 28th 2023

AGM on Aug 2 has shareholders voting on a new option plan. Mgmt will let the $0.15 options expire and grant themselves new $0.10 options.
