Wow so now instead of 0.12 conversion and 0.15 warrants it's 0.09 and 0.105. Garbage. Hopefully that bid at 0.07 stays so I can be fully out of this. Good luck everyone. Hope you sell before it gets to 0.

Not the best but taking it as though they very much need that influx of capital to be able to deliver on new large contracts for inventory + install support. Believe it is the Columbia rose TAP and the very large grower in EU (100 million sq ft?) TAP that are upcoming soon. Can only hope this is necessary evil to deliver on these being sold large scale contracts and that we're finally ...more

The fact that they couldnt get the 2.5M loan with the original terms is a huge red flag. Like, do the math on what happenes to share count over the next 3 years: 2.5M *1.405 * 11111/1000 is 39M shares just to pay back the principal and interest. If they get above 0.105 then its around 70M more shares. And if they DONT get above 0.105 they will be bankrupt 100%. As i said last night, best of ...more

They probably cut a deal and made the price lower through negotiation.  Either way once the money is in place and some big contracts role in the recurring revenue will support the sp.  It's just a wee company working in a big industry...once this manner of CO2 delivery becomes industry standard these early days won't be easy to recall.  You are in on the ground floor.  ...more
