I thought GROW had a CTO and wasnt going to be traded today...

Our only hope is they're being as shady as their REV reporting and put that notice out for expected CTO, knowing there'd be a sell off, and allowing them to scoop up millions of shares at rock bottom prices... before laying out some massive contracts that would send it to the moon.
