Not a good sign indeed, although I still find it hard to believe this means an immenent bankruptcy. Have they been windows dressing all the time? Or will this mean that the company is being taken over soon and the CO2 name/product will become just another product in the new owner's product portfolio.? Could be the reason why the website is down.....maybe all about rights etc.... I guess we ...more

Wondering if maybe he was being problematic.. it was his 'baby' and scientific breakthroughs.  Possibliity (?) he was maintaining too high of aspirations in terms of what returns/REV should be versus what the market could bare and willing to pay? Him gone, maybe deals start free flowing a bit quicker now. Or we sell at pennies on the dollar.

I was also wondering if he was being a pain in the a** and needed to go.  Refused to leave.....and this is all fallout.  I own a lot of shares and really hope this pulls back up.
