Company Update

I've been a shareholder for a lot of years.  Disappointed the company is leaving the shareholders hanging.

I fully agree. I believe that longtime shareholders are entitled to know what the reason is for the CTO, why the website is down, why John Archibald resigned, etc. To keep silent to their loyal shareholders that have been supporting the company for years (and many still do) without disclosing any info on what's going on, is unprofessional and downright immoral. We may be in for either a big ...more

Longer the silence goes on the longer it leans towards a massive disappointment and closing up shop. Beyond, the potential discount of delaying reporting from auditors, I'd love it if they we're actually a bit strategic in doing this if they had signed contracts previously but did not want info disclosed if they were amid other contract negotiations that perhaps those terms would have ...more

They said in the original post that the board was looking into sale of assets, so clearly the company is dead. The hope is that there's some sort of buyout from a bigger player interested in the tech.

They actually said they are looking for a new CEO, possible partnerships......and yes possibly a sale of assets.  So there is no commitment to any outcome at this point.

My first (hopeful) thought with the lack of communication and website being gone is some type of deal is already in the works but can't be discussed.

Website looks like it returned from the dead? https://www.co2gro.ca/ It's been a while since I checked the site so I'm not sure if it's better or worse than prior to the CTO.  I was so deep into this stock that it made no difference to add another 100k shares (what's another $2000 compared to the amount I've already invested) the day the CTO came into effect if I go down ...more

Yes, the website returned though much simpler that it was. This is a hopeful sign to me. Maybe someone from management had all the login codes for the server and took everything offline out of frustration.  Could have been an act of revenge.  Hell or a job to get everything online again with the right content.

Website back, yes, a little good news but very basic.  Nothing about fiancials, the team, the press releases, etc. I guess it`s just to keep us waiting longer. Anyway for sure cutting on expenses. Dull times... : (((((((
