What Happened Here?

Does anyone actually understand why the company tanked? I get that they ran out of cash and couldn't find investors... but why? The tech seems genuinely good. I assume there were failures we don't know about.

My question is where is the money going from the recurring pay as you go revenue?   Is that being recovered or held?

And apparently the tech has a 3 year payback period. If thats true, then letting them get that ROI with a 10 year payment plan is just absolutely absurd.  The hugest red flag for me was the convertable note pricing and specs and that they couldnt even raise money with that. Most generous terms Ive ever seen, which is always a huge concern. It seems like the tech is real and works and game ...more

This is exacly the root cause of the problem they had. They always been too greedy and trying to get top dolars for their tech and even tried to get a portion of the saving in CO2 their customer were making. If they would have started humble and give up 10 years to pay for the tech from the start we would have a completely different ball game today.  You need to create momentum with great ...more
