GRZ is guaranteeing a payout. RML is guaranteeing nothing. Camac has 16 million shares and they are still buying. Pay attention to what Big Money does.   There is about $5 billion in payouts ahead of GRZ so if the Citgo sale goes through, it would only need to net $6.5 billion - half its estimated worth. After checking the Creditor order and amounts each is due, to pay off RML fully, Citgo would have to sell for at about $5.1B USD. To pay GRZ fully, it's about $6.7B USD.

Citgo balance sheet is very healthy the last 3 years. Correct. There are TWO creditors between RML and GRZ who are owed about $500 million in total.
