Crystallex

Crystallex submitted a request for an updated payment amount to the Court totaling over $2.2 billion USD.  Quite a bit more than the previous approximate $1.5 billon.

They are first in line.

Does this mean that we will need at least 10 bln now to cover us.
Comment by RIDER1975 on Mar 13, 2024 12:32pm
How did you calculate that?
Comment by Hopeful123 on Mar 13, 2024 4:30pm
Previously we needed 8 bln so an extra billion will be 9 and then a billion cushion...Guess Rml and Grz will be in a tight spot..to protect myself it seems best to sell GRZ ....unfortunately liquidity is not there for GRZ.

"How did you calculate that?" I didn't calculate it. It was Crystallex's submission to the court.

Thats ok but the prior claims sum is lower than 8 even with that. Isnt it? Maybe there might be other updates due to interests of course
