a winning bid with whoever could be used for long term leveraging of Siembra Minera. Oil Companies do not mineral mine.
Venezuela needs to be involved somehow.
US wants Maduro out in turn for free elections.
Iran and Russia want to buy Venezuela ???

Forget about Siembra Minera. It was a joke. A farce. A lie. It was one of the many ploys from VZ to not pay for the expropriation.  It got them many years of delay.
