There are 13 Creditors that were allowed to bid. Gold Reserve is the 4th largest owed 1024.9 million or $1.0249 Billion & along with the private placement announced June 9. Well, they submitted a bid at 11th hour accepted by the courts & could be well on their way to winning the bid. The only thing I am pondering is if there were other bids why were they not disclosed. There is a non-disclosure agreement in the bidding process. Companies can say whether or not they are bidding but they can't give any details beyond that.   Reuters was able to get some information such as the $7.3 billion high bid in the first round and some of the groups of investors who were bidding.
