Why is Rusoro holding up so well and we are down 1 dollar in the past week..I understand that they are ahead of us I queue by 1 step but they do have a lot of shares outstanding  almost 6 times.

Possible some of the new shareholders from the $36 million raise didn't understand what Maduro is like and now they're running in a panic. Rusoro ranking ahead of GRZ shouldn't matter at all because GRZ's bid will be above the level which would see GRZ paid in full. So GRZ must either get paid in full or succeed in its bid for Citgo. I'd think the delays should be more of an

While merely waiting for a courts decision no huge additional cost should arise.
