The article says that PDVSA is controlled by opponents of Maduro (i.e., the opposition) but that is not correct. Not only is PDVSA controlled by Maduro but it has already been determined by the Court that PDVSA is the alter ego of the Venezuelan government. Enough Already. Note yesterday, Special Master Opposes a 4th extension for another 4 months.That hearing date is scheduled for Oct 1st. Maduro, is Trying to kick the can down the road as long as he can.I hope Special Master succeeds in denying another attempt to delay this even further.Stay Tuned.
