Some big layers involved with this one. With total shares out after corporate restructuring, name change, and land acquisitions, it looks like 100 million shares. At 78 cents that is a $78 million MC. That's a pretty high valuation at start-up one would think. This one is an easy BUY. NO brainer. Company is drilling in safe juristiction with known gold looking for more. Will be sold or taken over next year....easy money
