Richards gives an interesting analysis of the gold price, why gold is a solid 'safe haven' investment as well as the market and commodities in general.

Additionally, Richards provides an in-depth look into $GSHR and the Moss Lake Project which, as of 2020, had around a $600M NPV post tax at $1700 gold. As the gold price has since shot up, we can expect the NPV to be around almost $1B.

$GSHR is currently trading at a huge discount to their potential given there is tons of scope for improvement. I'd recommend giving the podcast a listen as $GSHR is looking promising IMO
