Congrats to all the longs here, as your patience has certainly paid off.

Nothing goes straight up, so retracement should be expected, until the next big announcement.

Wonder if the AIM opening in London did not receive the expected fanfare due to potash mines shutting down in the UK due to record high natural gas costs.

Anyway, on to the next step in raising the $100 million or so to get this project really moving.

Will the equity raise consist of 250 million shares in the .40 cent range or 25 million in the $4.00 range?

Either way, really looking forward to the pilot project announcement dates to confirm the Vanguard solution mining process.

on the same page as you brownie....now that the hype about a UK listing is over and with, which flippers took a hit on it.there are two more hurdles to jump....1 to get a very dilutive financing done and 2 face the prospects of a share consolidation...great time to get some positions on the sidelnes...

Reverse splits rarely work,. I got burned with one last month. A lot of dilution not great either, unless at a significant higher premium.  Let's hope they come up with a creative solution llike the debenture issue.. Should not take long now that the listing is finalized.

Gensource has done a masterful job financing Tugaske with minimal dilution to date:  royalty, $50mm from HELM towards the K-clean SPV, convertible debt issued to insiders, Euler Hermes insurance reducing project finance costs and HELM unsecured debt to finance recent startup activities.  Past behaviour is the best predictor of future behaviour, so you have to figure GSP has an equally ...more
