Someone aware of something

Looks like something going on that not all retail investors are aware of.  You don't get this type of volume without a reason. Either that or some large investor wanted out or needed cash.  As far as
I could tell most sales today were from anonymous. Will have to keep an eye on Insider sales.  Nothing last time I looked. Short numbers are still very low last report and in fact were down from the previous report. We have not seen this kind of volume for five weeks.

Not sure who Insider Dyakowski is, but CEO.ca reports he reduced his holding by100,000 shares. Maybe relates to Gensource recent news release.  " Gensource Potash Corporation (“Gensource” or the “Company”) (AIM/TSXV: GSP), a fertilizer development company focused on sustainable potash production, announces that certain consultants to the Company have exercised previously issued ...more

You're mixing things up here, Twiggy.  Simon Diakowski is CEO of GSP Resource Corp, a company totally unrelated to Gensource.  And the 550k options exercised this week were to acquire shares by a Gensource consultant, not sell any.

no they being offered for sale..get your facts straight...they are being posted on sale on the AIM exchange on Dec 13th...what do you mean not for sale....LOL
Comment by bobbythebaker on Dec 09, 2021 5:28pm
Stockwatcher, I don't see them being offered for sale.  I just see them being added to the GSP.L (London) float on the 13th:  From the GSP release: "Application will be made for admission of the 550,000 new Common Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Common Shares, to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that the Admission will become effective ...more

that means they are going to be posted for sale.....they were excersized at 17c ..18c...nice little profit coming to them

Certainly possible they could be sold.  I have to say though, if I wanted to sell my shares efficiently, there's no way I'd do it through the LSE AIM, where only 8000 shares have been traded since it went live five week ago.  If I didn't know any better, I'd say a consultant is helping GSP out by throwing $100k at them in option exercises (early exercises I bet, which are ...more

bb, there is not such thing as the London float.  The float is the float.  If a company has a million shares they are all available to trade on all exchanges.

You are right that shares are fungible between exchanges, Twiggy.  But when you buy/sell shares of a company, you do so under a particular ticker on a particular exchange.  And if you want your broker to fill the order via another exchange, they are going to hit you with currency conversion and international trading fees.  In other words, for most holders, you are stuck trading in ...more

Hey Twiggy.  You say "large investor" but even today's 837k shares on the TSX is only around $250k traded, depsite it being the 5th largest volume day of the year.  I will say, if anyone ever wants in or out of GSP in the hundreds of thousands of shares in one day, they are going to move the stock several pennies.  So your idea about someone wanting out would make ...more

Do you know who insider Dyakowski is? Director or consultant?  The actual volume today was !,488,800. The figure most saw was the TSX volume of 837,000.  Not a good idea for insiders to sell in a company that is still in the development stage.  One of my holdings I dropped like a hot potatoe was Empower.  The stock jumped up to around $2,  two vp's sold and the stock ...more
