Is GSP Trading This Morning?

I can't see any evidence of bids, asks or trading volume.  Not sure if the Venture exchange does trading halts, but this sure seems like one to me (with news coming?)  Or is this just technical difficulties and wishful thinking from my end?

You'd think by now I would have learned the Canadian holidays.  Happy Victoria Day to all who remembered the holiday and have some idea on how to celebrate it.
