sw248, there are some corporations out there that require their board members to hold common shares, and it would be interesting to find out if Gensource has a corporate policy that all non executive directors coming on board are required to purchase / hold a certain dollar amount of shares from the open market within a specified time frame of becoming a director. One would have to dig into the

You have to be getting a lot of pressure for news to put a release out for insider buys. Don't see this very often.

I see this insider buying 375,000 shares as a vote of confidence for the project and company. It appears this trade was executed as a cross. I cant believe people would sell irrationally after seeing that news. Typically, if theres more shares for sale than those of us willing to buy, the price falls. The markets have a way of scaring the heck out of people ,who end up selling into it and

7T,  I found the following clause in the 2022 Gensource Management Information Circular: Independent Security Ownership Policy - Amendment The Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Director Share Ownership Policy with effect on April 6, 2021.
