There's Just No Pleasing Some People

Haters:  The share price belongs in the single single digits.
Haters:  It's outrageous that GSP is issuing shares at 15 and 20 cents.

Haters:  GSP is about to run out of money soon.
Haters:  It's a sin that GSP is raising money here.

Haters:  The Innovare acquisition is highly dilutive.
Haters:  What a tragedy the Innovare deal has expired.

Haters:  Management is getting rich off this lifestyle company making salaries in the $150k-$300k range.
Haters:  Management rolled over some options as a fraction of the $735k of their own money they committed to the company through loans, stock purchases and option exercises in just the past 6 months.

Haters:  GSP is using an unproven technology.
Haters:  Look at all these commendable companies moving forward with the same technology.

Haters:  GSP is a very talented, highly experienced group.
Haters:  Never, not once, a single mention of anything GSP has done correctly.

lol btb, very creative but there is a big difference between a hater and show me, dont tell me mentality Believe it or dont but I am hoping for Gensource success as that means the 60 year riddle has been solved beyond any doubt.  That would be a huge win for all involved relying on this tech, but it cant be done without drilling and building caverns, and certainly not through cheerleaders ...more

"Evaluation and Treatment of Selected Risks in the Solution Mining Industry Peter Davids Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Sustainability (IMECS 2016), 118-131, 2016 Standard risk management systems are already researched on a pretty high level. Currently there is no special literature about those in the environment of solution mining of carnallite. These special ...more

MB, I agree 100% that there is a lot of rhetoric and misleading information posted here, and you may want to do a little more due diligence as the DEUSA mine process is not even close to what Gsp is trying to accomplish.    The DEUSA process mines carnalitte in Germany for one, the formations are a third of the depth, and they produce a couple hundred tonnes per year at full capacity ...more

SW248, I just dont get the head in the sand mentality here.  This novel process is very exciting and I am certain will be conquered at some point, but it hasnt yet. Gensource themselves have excellent illustrations in their presentations clearly showing the processing differences of the conventional Belle Plaine solution mine compared to what Gensource and others are trying to acheive.  ...more

sw248, the only options I could find set to expire on November 13, 2022 were 1 million - .08 cent options according to the corporate stock options schedule in the financials, but it does not state the length of extension for these options in Q3 disclosure:  According to the April 2022 MIC - Outstanding Option-Based Awards and Share-Based Awards it would appear Mr Redlick had .08 cent options ...more

thx....to see 8c options to insiders being extended is disgusting.... posters talk about mgt and executives making normal salaries ...you look at the Company annual returns and see what the stock option benefits combined with total salaries are and they are  putried .. the stock should be de-listed to stop the abuse and allow shareholders to recover what they can on a liquadation of assets... ...more

sw248, everyone has to make a living.  Some a little better than others according to page 23 and 24 of the last MIC released in April / 2022 Total compensation packages Salary & Awards in 2021 for insiders were: $659,557 $702,883 $428,867 $428,871 Three of the four of these compensation packages doubled from 2020, so I am curious where guys like btb think this a meager living, when ...more
