Another Insider Purchase This Week

On February 10th, Alton Anderson purchased 50,000 shares at 14 cents.  As the company just finished up a private placement, I suspect there are but 2 possible reasons for the insider buying this week:  (1)  In a show of solidarity / support for an upcoming Tugaske financing and/or (2) These insiders believe 15 cents a share is a good long term investment, as they generally are expected to hold shares as long as they work for the company.

btb, there is no "generally" expected to hold shares -  It is a Gensource policy that requires directors to hold a minimum of $100K worth of shares in the corporation if I recall correctly.  I assume top ups are required if that monetary threshold is not maintained at a current shareprice. With this insider buying at .14 / .15 cents, it makes the fact that .09 cent options ...more

Bobby, it's a good thing that you, I and a multitude of the readership here have done our due diligence and know what's currently going on.  Brown on the other hand is the biggest pumper that this board has ever seen.  Yes, continual pumping in his sly way, discrediting Gensource and now that it is becoming evident to him that this play is too dangerous for him to short any ...more

" First Im a basher, then Im a pumper. Then Im a shorter.........."  The latter is your quote and yes, so true it is.  I and a few others are casted as pom, pom waving cheerleaders and I happen to not mind that.  I happen not to mind being on the right side of truth.  On the other side you've managed to pump out more redundant, sickening  ...more

BTB....why do you think the insiders never exercised their 9c options...as per your comment above is that telling us the stock is not a good long term investment???....
Comment by bobbythebaker on Feb 13, 2023 5:13pm
The stock options are actually a subtle topic.  Several of the GSP execs had as many as 500,000 or 1,000,000 options at 8 cents.  That would have required $40k-$80k in cash per person.  Worse, each person would have had to pay taxes on the difference between the $0.08 option price and the $0.14 share price at the time, so maybe a $50k-$100k per person cash outlay when all was said ...more
