Last I checked, it was all carnallite and low grade. Should be a good money maker for the promoters

oldsalt, many execs in this novel industry have made a very lucrative living from promotion, so as they say "If you cant beat em, join em"   lol That said, I get the impression these guys from Millenial are planning on operating more in line with the DEUSA mine operations in Germany, than the novel method Gsp, WRX, and others hope to incorporate into their mine strategy.

The problem mdj is the same as at Karnalyte.  When you add water to a large carnallite deposit, almost all the KCl precipitates in the cavern and you get a brine about 25% MgCL2, maybe 5% KCl and 2.5% NaCl. Now tell me how that is going to work? The ore ranges from 15.8% KCl to 21.2% KCl.  Reserves are normally reported as K2O. Now, as at karnalyte, there are some sylvinite ...more
