Q2 financials should be interesting

Kudos to the execs and their "consuting companies" for deferring compensation to keep things moving along. Compensation has been very consistent the past couple years

As at March 31, 2024 it appears $819,951 is owed to those who have deferred compensation / salaries. Add that to the promissory notes and the execs / directors are owed a substantial amount of money from the corporation.

Yes, of course kudos to management for all of their support.  We are into the 8th month of 2024 and at this point we are unaware of any additional support by management.  Management has shown to be very bullish, whether it be having salaries on hold, management buying shares directly from the company, promissory notes, etc.  As for a hound and rabbit story, it's my opinion that ...more

black, I think it is a fair assumption that additional funding has been provided to the corporation through insiders to keep the ball rolling as the last financials were as at March 31, and as you correctly point out, it is now month 8. With approx $240K in the treasury in month 4 also fronted by insiders by way of promisssory notes, it wouldnt last long with the required SMP200 obligations and ...more
