Funding Gaps—Red Flag or Growing Pains?

$GSP just pulled in another $700K recently, which keeps them afloat but barely scratches the surface for Tugaske’s full funding needs. These micro-fundings worry me because they could dilute shareholder value if they keep issuing stock. Anyone else concerned this is turning into a debt spiral, or is this just standard for pre-revenue mining plays?On a side note, $BOLT has caught my attention too—solid buzz about upcoming catalysts. Anyone else tracking both these small caps?

MH44, not sure where you see $700K in new found money, as I see -  As at September 30, 2024, the Company had a total of $21,658 in cash and $2,293 in investments to settle current liabilities of $11,977,806. The Company believes that its cash position and investments in marketable securities will not provide adequate liquidity to meet all of the Company’s financial obligations

lol black.   I can tell you without doubt that was the first thing I did.  What I was hopeful of is the $700K comment might have slipped by as that would help out.          NOPE! $21K in cash on the books as at Sept 31, 2024, and an injection of another $100K interest free loan by an insider, so one can assume 1.5 months later some of that cash has

Good day, Dan. You have the "NOPE "part correct. "NOPE" as in your actions are 100% unbelievable in that you checked MarketHaven 44 out as a scammer. You didn't share your suspicions with the board. You directly attempted to engage with him. If you're expecting a reply from him, it's highly doubtful as he and his aliases are busy scamming other Stockhouse message
