THE NEWS is that DCOP has been sued for more than a year and is still being sued in BC SUPREME COURT over the Copper Keg Claims acquisition and may very well lose the entire package of original claims. But DCOP does not release negative news, material negative news, as it is so obligated by virtue of being a listed publically traded company and thus could be de-listed.
