Haven't decided lawyer, yet; BUILDER'S LIEN ON GETTY NORTH
Clarification:
Mr. Drayton is handling other legal Claims of mine.
So, instead of overburdening him, I may decide instead to engage a Law Firm out of Vancouver for this specific matter. Mr. Drayton had not been, and is not at present, retained for this matter.
I know who I want, it's a matter of his availability.
Some folks know that I had in 1999 placed a builder's lein for ~ $6300 on the claim containing the brunt of the Getty North deposit.... 24% per annum, compounded. Do the math...22 years of math.
Of course, there wasn't a peep back then about this from Getty Crapper.
IT IS A LEGAL OBLIGATION OF EVERY PUBLICALLY TRADED COMPANY TO DIVULGE IN A TIMELY AND EASILY ACCESSABLE MANNER ALL MATERIAL EVENTS THAT AFFECT THE COMPANY WHETHER GOOD, BAD OR UGLY.
CAN ANYONE SHOW ME EVEN ONE INSTANCE WHEREIN GETTYCRAPPER HAS DONE SO IN A TIMELY FASHION VIA A NEWS RELEASE...hmmm??
Does it not seem that to this Company 'appearances' are more important than substance, than the timely disclosure of material events ?
DYODD...do yourown due diigence.
