Another builder's lien?
Question:
When a geologist gets called on the phone by the CEO and majority shareholder of a publicly traded company and is asked to assist their long time main geological engineering consultant find old trenches in the field, and old historic workings in the field, and to apply his Ph.D. level brain power to help select new drill targets and to assist spotting / marking those drill hole locations in the field, and is asked to spend days on end collaborating in the the Company field office, not to mention having to drive 100 km each way each day...is it not reasonable to expect to be paid in a timely fashion?
Apparently not when it's John Lepinski on the phone.
