2018 all over again

When co. blew up in 2018 due to lack of revenue collection Crossley spun it as a chance to increase R&D spending for improvements in software that were always planned later down the road. Many suspect the existing software had bugs that needed fixing.  

Now co. is deficient in internal financial controls and is using (abusing) the CTO to fix them and spinning it as auditor problem.
