1, file application for TSE Venture shortly after the audited finanacials for 2023. It normally takes a few weeks.
2, 2024 audited finanancials is expected on time (Oct). So, 2023 one should be at least before that date. 
others are all known already

Turn up your hearing aids. CEO said it will take 1 month after fins filed to get back on TSXV.
