KPMG now vs past years

Why the hold up? 3 things come to mind.

  1. New regulatory rules now require the auditor to conduct and communicate the results of both an audit of a company’s financial statements and an audit of a company’s ICFR.

3. With Crossley’s obsession for a Nasdaq listing perhaps she instructed KPMG to audit the co. rigorously to meet Nasdaq standards
