...The financial numbers were accepted by the auditors months ago and the entire hold up has been Crossley stalling on her damn insider reports?

Respect your opinion too much, please don't start playing the what if game. if numbers were good, nothing was stopping them for the last year to report basics - cash on hand, new adds, adherence levels, etc. - I don't think Directors run away from an expanding, profitable Company, or a CEO sells millions of shares while announcing apparently lucrative contracts. They do not care about ...more

I think one has to look a probabilities as with the stock market in general.  99% chance nothing good will come out of this.  No point to repeat the reasons as they have all been laid out by many.  From a company never taking questions from the investment community to now. It tells the tale of ineptitude or worse.
