TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2024 / Galway Metals Inc. (TSXV:GWM)(OTCQB:GAYMF) (the "company" or "Galway Metals"), is pleased to announce an update on recent insider purchases, through a series of transactions conducted through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. Robert Hinchcliffe, President, CEO and Director, acquired an aggregate 700,000 common shares of the Company in the current calendar year. These purchases come after acquiring 1,664,000 common shares in 2023. As a result, Mr. Hinchcliffe now owns a total of 7,420,746 common shares of Galway Metals, representing approximately 9% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.

At least someone is buying in quantity. At a daily average of about 8,000 shares, very little interest in this stock. They've stepped back on their drilling program too. The cobwebs are starting to form on Galway.

At $0.61 a share, Galway has a long hill to climb since the RS in January 2023. My cost per share jumped to $3.10 after the split.
