The hypothesis that Calif and Vetas might be sold off to different entities is a solution that leaves GWY as a going concern with upto $400M in the bank and the Victorio mine which has not been mentioned for a very long time - not an ideal scenario as a final outcome!  They could I suppose add Victorio as a freebie.

In any event, clearly whatever deal is finally struck, I can see how it will be complicated to realise and we may have to wait a while.

Why $$ in the bank? The $$ should flow to the shareholders directly.

If the company is still a going concern it would be upto the CEO whether to announce a special dividend or use the $$s for some other investment.
