$5.20 plus spin out

Gold will be around $2000.00 an ounce if not higher when  this mine goes into production .

Batista has said give him  until 2015 - 2016 to become the richest person onthe planet .

$5.20 per share ( $650 million for Cali ) will be paid( 3 million oz  X $216 per / oz)   Very Soon  ,  Galway holds onto Vetas and drills up a storm and then sells that property ( next year ) . RJ has already said that they are not treating Cali as a long term asset , but are are more ambitious on Vetas,.

I think this will allow all shareholder access to maximum value.

ACE, since you seem to know so much, a quick question - would the $xx/share for Cali go directly to the shareholders or to the company?   My understanding is that these two scenarios will result in different share appreciation.

When a company sells bits of itself it does not automatically declare a  special dividend. In fact, doing so would imply they have no idea how to put the windfall to produtive use - definitely a negative!  By the same token, if the Company goes shopping and buys another Company it does not present shareholders with a bill, it merely dilutes shareholder equity. Hope that helps.
