I own nothing here at all, but i'm suprised at the negativity towards the deal, you get 2.05 which is more than the stock has ever traded at other than maybe a moment in 2007? You get two spinoff companies? What exactly could be wrong with that?

I was thinking of picking some up today but i haven't been able to locate anything at all to do any due diligence on AUX Acquisitions, other than a small office of 5-7 employees in Vancouver with just over a million dollars in revenue, google finds almost nothing. Anyone out there have some sort of info on these guys?

I do own shares and I completely agree with you.  I like the deal.  You get $2.05 cash plus, plus!  Your walking away with cash and shares in operating companies!  My bigger question is why would anyone be selling at the $1.70 level now???  Frankly, why sell anything under $2.05????

I'll be voting yes yes yes! Al those that think voting NO will improve things, it won't. If you knew how complicated this deal was to put together, all the hoops in the way, you would think otherwise. Look at what you are being offered in these market conditions for junior resoruce companies. Personally I think the NO voters are just back ground noise, and the poowers that be that put
