Thoughts

I have a feeling that the deal as currently configured will not be consummated.  Clearly, RH has dug his heels in wrt Vetas but has thrown a bone to Batista with the 10% stake.

However, should the deal go  ahead, then this would allow Beatty to come in with an offer for Vetas which would almost certainly be in the $1+  region.  The last thing Eike would want is to get into an auction situation with Ross, so I suspect we will see a revised offer from him put on the table prior to year end.

If this should happen, it would be very interesting to see what sort of premium Ross could lever out of the situation.

Sorry,  Last line should read.... RH not Ross.

Interesting thought. I doubt Beatty would want Batista as his neighbor or would sell to Batista. Also with only CB Gold, I doubt there is sufficient gold within CB Gold to justify a mine. GWY is definitely trading weirdly, something is going on. My bet is Beatty by Vetas before AUX deal closes.

I would beg to differ; GWY (Cali) will almost certainly be sold to Batiste HE NEEDS IT. & thats why we also have the spin outs. The ARBS are likely in control now and I'm betting they will accept..along with management who have agreed. There's little risk on the downside. Its all upside.
