Very nice find Red5 on the meeting date being changed. My first reaction would be that this is simply due to delays in getting the spin-outs, but in the back of my head there could still be negotiations going on for the whole works.
There are still games being played here today. A big buy order comes in at 11:23 at $2.23 and someone comes in quickly after to sell some at $2.22 to try and make it look like it was actually a sell at $2.22. You can fill in the blanks on who that could be. Honestly there are a few parties that are candidates at this point.
